Good hometown dinner with friendly service

My husband and I came here and had notable experience!! We were blown away at the size of the pork tenderloin sandwich its huge and tastes great!! My patty melt just melted in my mouth!! The server is quick and efficient. The prices are fine as well. You definitely get your monies worth. We will be back!!

The food is decent, but I got a Root Beer and it tasted like pond water, same thing happened to a friend and my sister. One got Water and one got Dr. pepper and it was not good

Great food and friendly people. I had the pork tenderloin and my date hat the hickory burger, both were fantastic. They have deep fried cauliflower I haven't seen on any menu in a long time and it's soooooo goood!!

Food was hot and fresh,they where so busy their ac couldn't keep up.

This is a cute mom/pop place in a tiny town. They have a pretty good selection to choose from but seem to not know what makes a patty melt? Looked like a great place to meet and gather with friends.

58 Diner is to the humble town of Holden what Players is to the city of Warrensburg. Minus the beer and steak of course but dont worry, the great quality food and snappy service is worth more than gold!

Great little old school car hop Style Diner. Excellent selection of Homestyle Cooking. Had to get the butterscotch pie while I was there. Glad I did. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area

Delicious food, cool old fashioned diner atmosphere, and decent prices. 7$+ for a pork tenderloin but the tenderloin is huge and comes with fresh crushed horseradish on the side and the veggies that go on the sandwich. Got a cherry Pepsi with chocolate flavor (delicious!!) and my wife got the club sandwich which was also tasty. The chocolate malt was good and the curly fries (suzy Q's) were made from fresh cut potatoes. Check it out!

Their hand breaded tenderloins and fresh cut fries are beyond delicious. The burger and chicken fingers are wonderful too. Oh and the pies...

Great prices and food.

Apparently on the hottest day of the year, their AC broke. The waitress promptly took the order. And then the wait began. After an hour of waiting in the stifling heat and watching a man who ordered 10 min after us we decided to cut our losses. We had dinner boxed up. The dogs will love it. Oh! The swarm of flies was a nice touch. This place is a big fat NOPES!

Food is good for a little town diner. Staff is always friendly. Portions are big.

Great comfort food! The staff is always friendly & efficient. They are accommodating when you have a large group or just two people. Great pie! I really love their chicken fried steak!

Best. Tenderloin. Ever. Hand breaded and thick, but mouthwateringly tender, you cannot find a better one anywhere. Comes on a bun with the works on the side, or as a dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies and a roll. Either way, it can't be beat.

This place is awesome and the folks are so friendly and the place is clean as a whistle. A great motorcycle ride destination.

Food is always so good!

Had a tenderloin sandwich was fantastic and it was huge I had two meals out of it. Service was great too. Added pictures of 1 dinner I had on 3-16-20 the restaurant could not get everything in one box so they give me two boxes. I did order extra side of mushrooms.

Dorothy was a pleasure to talk with in the drive-thru of these challenging times. Can't wait to eat this tenderloin sandwich for the first time, I'll definitely look forward to coming back for the home town folks!

The food here is good and they have prompt, friendly service. The location is very convenient as well, easily noticeable from the main road. I love the curly fries and the burgers and club sandwiches are great.

Stopped for a chocolate malt. Was delicious. Made with real ice cream. Great price too.

Like the fact they bread their own chicken and pork, plus make their own hamburger patties, but the flavor is about average. The fries are fresh cut and probably the best on the menu. Kitchen seemed fast and service was extra friendly. Milkshakes were below average to me. Prices were about right, kid options were flexible. Dining room was hot and there were a few flies pestering us. Get the tenderloin sandwich and be sure to add salt & pepper to it. Lots of parking room.
